Bryan Braley brings a dynamic and deeply rooted career in the marine industry, built on experience, entrepreneurship, and a passion for boating that spans decades. His journey began in 2005 as a licensed repossession agent, traveling across the country and gaining firsthand exposure to a wide range of luxury yachts. This early experience laid the foundation for his understanding of vessel value, construction, and market dynamics.

Building on that expertise, Bryan founded Lab Marine, which quickly grew into one of the world’s leading marine repossession companies. His ability to identify opportunity and execute at a high level continued in 2009 with the launch of Grande Yachts International, a brokerage and new boat dealership based in Annapolis, Maryland. Under his leadership, the company expanded into a successful multi-state, multi-location operation.

Following its acquisition by OneWater Marine in 2017, Bryan remained at the helm, guiding the continued evolution of the business into what is now OneWater Yacht Group. His leadership has played a key role in shaping the brand’s growth, positioning it as a premier destination for yacht sales and service.

Today, Bryan continues to drive innovation and growth, helping to deliver a best-in-class experience for clients while expanding opportunities across the broader yachting landscape.
