John Martini

With over four decades in the marine industry, John Martini began his career at his family’s marina in 1976, working his way up from cleaning boats and facilities to mastering every aspect of the business. By the age of 17, he had already built his first boat, sparking a lifelong passion for boating, sales, and life on the water.

Throughout his career, John has trained with and represented some of the industry’s most respected brands, including Sea Ray, Boston Whaler, Tiara, Prestige, Jeanneau, and Absolute Yachts, where he serves as a Brand Champion. His extensive experience and product knowledge have made him a trusted resource for clients navigating the yacht market.

In 2006, John founded his own brokerage, further expanding his expertise and reputation within the industry. He later joined Grande Yachts International in 2014, continuing to grow his career within a leading yachting organization. Over the years, he has successfully sold thousands of boats, building lasting relationships with clients along the way.

While his professional accomplishments are extensive, John considers his greatest achievement to be raising four amazing children. He brings that same sense of dedication and care to his clients, helping them turn their boating dreams into reality—whether it’s their first boat or their fifth.
