Jon Plewniak

Growing up in the small town of Dyer, Indiana, Jon Plewniak developed a love for the outdoors at an early age, spending his time fishing on Lake Michigan, racing cars, and enjoying anything that kept him active. While attending Indiana University for business management, he began his professional career working at a local automotive repair shop, laying the groundwork for his future in the luxury market.

After college, Jon entered the luxury automotive industry in 2010, working with brands such as Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, and other exotic vehicles. In 2016, he transitioned into sales, representing prestigious brands including BMW, Porsche, Bentley, and Rolls-Royce. During this time, he developed a deep understanding of the importance of customer service before, during, and after the sale—quickly rising to become a top-performing sales consultant.

Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time on the golf course and fishing with his son. In the spring of 2022, during a family vacation in Fort Myers, a fishing charter with his father and son sparked a new direction—leading him to pursue a career in yacht sales. After seven successful years in luxury automotive sales, he embraced the opportunity to take on a new challenge in the yachting industry.

Today, Jon brings his background in luxury sales, marketing, and client service into yacht brokerage, delivering a smooth, efficient, and personalized experience for every client. He is committed to exceeding expectations and helping clients confidently navigate their next step on the water.
