Josh Hendrix

Josh’s connection to boating began early, with some of his first memories spent on the Illinois River alongside his family as his father built a career in boat sales. That early exposure naturally led him down a similar path, developing a passion for the industry from a young age. Starting at just 14 years old, he worked painting boat bottoms, detailing, and eventually managing dealership inventory before stepping into his first sales role at 21.

He joined Grande Yachts in 2012 during a pivotal time in the industry and quickly made an impact as the company expanded into new boat sales. Developing a strong passion for the Chris-Craft brand, Josh played a key role in achieving multiple years as the number one dealer in the world, while also earning recognition as a top individual salesperson. His success led to a brand management role, followed by continued growth across multiple product lines and manufacturers.

In 2019, at just 28 years old, Josh was selected to open and lead a new location in Palm Beach Gardens as a selling Sales Manager. After rapidly growing the team and expanding the company’s presence in the region, he went on to open a flagship downtown West Palm Beach location as General Manager in 2021, helping to shape the evolution of the organization and its continued growth across South Florida.

With extensive experience traveling to shipyards and major boat shows around the world, Josh has developed a deep understanding of the entire yacht ownership process—from initial design and construction to contract negotiations and delivery logistics. His focus on delivering an exceptional client experience has earned him recognition as the top salesperson across the entire organization in 2025.

Josh is passionate about every aspect of the yachting industry and takes pride in helping clients find solutions tailored to their needs while building lasting relationships.
