With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate across North and South Carolina, I eventually made Hilton Head Island my full-time home. After owning a vacation property here for more than 25 years, I settled at Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek, where my passion for boating has evolved into an everyday lifestyle.

I hold a USCG 100 Ton Master Captain’s License, a Florida yacht broker’s license, and maintain an active South Carolina real estate broker’s license. My background in real estate provides a strong foundation in market knowledge, negotiation, and client service—skills that translate seamlessly into yacht brokerage.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Economics, I bring both analytical insight and practical experience to every transaction. For more than 25 years, my family and I have explored the Intracoastal Waterway and enjoyed boating throughout the Coastal Empire, giving me firsthand knowledge of the lifestyle and cruising grounds.
