Paul Minihan

A native New Englander, Paul Minihan spent his summers on Cape Cod, where he developed a deep appreciation for the ocean and a lifelong connection to the water. That passion led him to the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, where he majored in Oceanography before launching a distinguished career as a helicopter pilot in the U.S. Marine Corps, operating in complex maritime environments and landing on Navy ships around the world.

After transitioning to the Reserves, Paul built a successful career in sales, combining his leadership experience with a disciplined, results-driven approach. In 2020, he returned to his maritime roots, focusing on the boating industry and working closely with sales teams for one of the world’s largest boat and yacht retailers.

Today, Paul brings over 25 years of military service and more than a decade of sales expertise to his role, offering clients a unique blend of precision, integrity, and commitment. Based in Virginia Beach with his wife—a career U.S. Naval Aviator—and their three children, Paul understands the value of time on the water and is dedicated to helping clients make confident, informed decisions that align with their lifestyle.
